Stardock Outpost is a cozy management sim. You build a station module by module, keep your crew fed and breathing, and send out little ships to gather resources. There's tension, but it's the gentle kind.

The clever bit is scheduling. Crew members have moods and skills, and assigning the right person to the right job keeps everything humming. Let morale slip and you'll spend a shift smoothing things over instead of expanding.

It plays well in short bursts because most tasks resolve on timers you can check whenever. A calm, tidy sim that respects a busy day.
